2. Service Overview

Trend Sonic provides TikTok music promotion services, including but not limited to:

• Influencer marketing campaigns
• Targeted TikTok advertising
• Viral campaign strategy and execution
• Performance tracking and reporting

We guarantee a specific number of views per campaign based on the selected package.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Payments

• Payment must be made in full before campaign execution.
• Payments are processed securely via [Payment Processor].

3.2 Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments are non-refundable once a campaign has started.
• If we fail to deliver the guaranteed views, we will continue working at no additional cost until the agreed view count is met.

4. Guaranteed Views Policy

• The “Guaranteed Views” refers to the total number of views promised per package.
• If the guaranteed number of views is not reached through influencer content, we will use TikTok paid ads at our own expense to meet the target.
• Views are measured based on TikTok’s analytics and tracking tools.
• Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) are not guaranteed and depend on audience interaction.

5. Influencer Selection & Performance

• We carefully select influencers based on genre, audience, and engagement levels.
• We do not guarantee a specific influencer unless previously agreed in writing.
• Influencer video performance varies, and some may receive higher or lower engagement than expected.
• If an influencer underperforms, additional promotional efforts (ads or extra influencer posts) may be used to compensate.

6. Campaign Timeline & Delivery

• Campaigns typically start within 3-7 business days after payment and finalization of details.
• Most campaigns are completed within 7-14 days, depending on influencer posting schedules and ad performance.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as influencer availability or TikTok’s algorithmic behavior.

7. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide a valid, original song with all necessary rights and permissions.
• The Client must ensure that their music does not contain copyrighted material that could result in removal by TikTok.
• The Client agrees to provide any necessary promotional assets (album cover, hashtags, captions, etc.) before the campaign starts.

8. No Guarantee of Virality or Engagement

While we guarantee a set number of views, we cannot guarantee virality, engagement (likes, shares, comments), or conversions (followers, streams, sales).

The success of a campaign depends on:

• The quality of the song and its relevance to TikTok trends.
• Audience response and TikTok’s algorithm.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Trend Sonic is not responsible for any changes in TikTok’s platform, policies, or algorithm that may impact campaign performance.
• We are not liable for any bans, takedowns, or restrictions imposed by TikTok due to the Client’s content.
• In no event shall Trend Sonic be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the campaign.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• The Client provides false or misleading information.
• The Client violates TikTok’s community guidelines or copyright policies.
• The Client engages in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior.

No refunds will be issued in the event of service termination due to Client misconduct.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We do not sell or share Client information with third parties.
• All campaign details and performance metrics are kept confidential.

12. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
